Welcome to Seattle Dizzy Group!

Founded in 2006 as Washington State’s first vestibular support group, Seattle Dizziness & Balance Disorders Support Group (aka Seattle Dizzy Group TM or SDG) provides support and community for people living with chronic dizziness and imbalance–in Seattle and beyond.

Seattle Dizzy Group welcomes anyone with chronic dizziness/vertigo and/or balance dysfunction from a vestibular/inner ear or balance disorder (and any interested friends and family)–even if you don’t live in Seattle.  We invite you to connect with others impacted by dizziness and imbalance, share your experiences and struggles, support and encourage one another, ask questions, discuss, find answers together, and help raise awareness.

Connect with Seattle Dizzy Group on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, and join our Meetup Group.  Subscribe to the Seattle Dizzy Group blog and receive new posts by email.  Send us your email address to be added to our contact list and receive group updates by email.  Contact Seattle Dizzy Group via website form or email info@SeattleDizzyGroup.org.
